FOSOSF (generally pronounced fossoff) is the working name of St Oswald’s Parent Teacher Association.

Who we are

Friends of St Oswald’s School Fulford (FOSOSF) is a registered charity (charity number 1084129). We are made up of a committee of parent and carer volunteers who work with the school to raise funds which enhance the children’s school experience and foster the community spirit that surrounds our amazing school.

What we do

We run a number of events and sales throughout the year. Details of upcoming events are sent out via newsletters, and posted on school notice boards, our website and Facebook group. The money raised from all our activities is spent in ways which directly benefit the children, such as buying equipment or paying for school trip coach hire.

We rely on help from our parent and carer community to make all of this possible, whether that’s by supporting our events, donating uniform or joining our committee. Everyone is welcome at our meetings. We’re a very friendly bunch and there’s never any pressure to do more than you feel comfortable with.
